​The Festival of Fears returns this Valentine's Weekend with an all new Haunted Attraction! This exciting new haunted attraction is a 30 minute outdoor haunted trail featuring dozens of scare actors, special effects and a mile long nature trail through the woods.

"The city of Blackwood has put together a brand new Valentine's event: the Crystal Hollow Lover's Trail". The city has gone all-out to decorate the local trail for a romantic walk in the woods, and it's popularity has drawn couples from far and wide.

Our custom characters, immersive sets, and ever-changing array of practical and special effects ensure guests get a new immersive experience for every show. Are you open this year?
Yes! The Festival of Fears operates several Haunted Attractions throughout the year in different locations. Choose an upcoming event for location information.

Is there an age limit?
All guests must be old enough to walk through the attraction on their own. The Festival of Fears is recommended for ages 13+, guests younger than 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Are you open if it's raining?
Yes! The Festival of Fears operates rain or shine. If severe or unsafe weather prevents us from opening, we will communicate with ticket holders directly and post updates on social media.

Are you handicap accessible?
Yes! The Festival of Fears is fully handicap accessible using an outdoor trail wheelchair. Complimentary outdoor trail wheelchairs are available if you need to borrow one.

Do you charge for parking?
No! Public parking is available at the U.S. Post Office right next to the Oak Tree Nature Trail.

How big can our group be?
We allow up to 8 people to enter the haunted trail at a time. Larger groups will be split before entering. During busy times, smaller groups may be combined to reduce wait times.

Can the actors touch us?
No, we are a non-contact haunted attraction. Our actors do not attempt to touch you and you may not touch them.
